      KZQSA Jumper Settings

   The KZQSA (M5976) is a Q-bus SCSI adapter.

   Jumpers W13 through W9 set the memory base address (bits 21-17, for
the 128kB on-board memory).  Jumper removed = 0, installed = 1.  (Jumper
W8 is reserved for Digital use, and should not be installed.)

   Having all jumpers installed gives memory base address 17400000,
which is illegal (overlapping the I/O page), and should not be used.

   Jumpers W14 through W16 set the SCSI ID of the KZQSA adapter.  Jumper

   Note that the KZQSA was supported only for CD-ROM and tape, not for
hard disks, but failure with unsupported devices is not certain.

   The LED indicates power through the terminator fuse.

   In SYSGEN CONFIGURE for a KZQSA, specify device "QZA".
